When you submit the workforce enquiry form, we collect the information you provide, which may include:

• Number of resources required
• Role(s) and seniority required
• Preferred working hours / timezone

• Any additional notes you include

Technical information

When you submit the form, we also record limited technical information — your IP address and browser user-agent string — to help prevent abuse and spam, and to keep a basic record of the submission.

Why we collect it

We use this information to respond to your enquiry, to understand and assess the requirements you describe, and to prepare a proposal. We process it on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our services and taking steps at your request before any possible engagement.

How enquiries are processed

Enquiry details are stored in our systems and a notification is sent by email to our team (via Microsoft 365) so that we can respond. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. The website is served over HTTPS, submissions are transmitted securely, and access to stored enquiries is restricted to those who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information appropriately.

Retention

We keep enquiry information only for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and any resulting relationship, after which it is deleted or anonymised. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices and requests

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you have provided. Email contact@innov8-it.mu and we will deal with your request.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics trackers. We use only what is necessary for the site to function. Because of this, there is no cookie-consent banner.
